# Terms of Service - GiphyFy Bot

By using GiphyFy Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

## 2. Description of Service

GiphyFy Bot is a Discord bot that:
- Creates GIF screenshots of Discord messages
- Converts images to GIF format
- Responds to mentions in message replies

## 3. User Requirements

- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot
- You must have a valid Discord account
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Bot to:
- Create screenshots of messages for harassment or bullying
- Spread misinformation or fake messages
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Spam or abuse the Bot's functionality

## 5. Content Responsibility

- You are solely responsible for the content you create using the Bot
- The Bot processes messages as-is without modification
- We do not endorse or verify any content created through the Bot

## 6. Intellectual Property

- The Bot and its original content are property of the Bot developer
- Discord messages belong to their respective authors
- You retain rights to images you submit for conversion

## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of generated content
- Availability at all times

## 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BOT DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE BOT.

## 9. Termination

We reserve the right to:
- Terminate or suspend access to the Bot at any time
- Remove the Bot from any server without notice
- Modify or discontinue any feature of the Bot

## 10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
